WDCA owns the Beach House which is located on a 3.5 acre lot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  The 3500 square foot building offers an enclosed room (approximately 900 square feet including a full kitchen), porch, open deck, restrooms and showers.  There is also a 640 square foot picnic shelter on the site.

The Beach House is available to all property owners and their guests for beach parking and access, outdoor relaxation and small social gatherings.  The enclosed room may be reserved from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm.  Experience has shown the need for certain guidelines for those enjoying the Beach House.  We suggest you read the Rules & Regulations before requesting a reservation to ensure the facility meets your requirements.
